The location to our relative, the morning coffee was good downstairs, and breakfast was ok.

Smelled musty, when the water was first used in the room rusty water came out for awhile. For some reason the air conditioner was extremely loud when it cycled on and off.

I recommend 1st floor on my reservation and did not get it. In the room there was a lighter and lip balm on the window sill which I left there with a note that, that was there when we got there & there were stains all over the carpet.

It was close to my family reunion

The rooms smelled mildew-y. We were moved twice with the room we landed in being the least smelly

Friendly and fast

Didnt expect a $50 deposit requirement at check in, still waiting for it to be released to my account.

Cleanliness

There was no coffee in my room, no bath towels and no shampoo

Staff and 24 hour food

It was a cheap room for a cheap price. No complaints!

Next to where I had to work

Smell, cleanliness of room and the building. My key deactivated everyday during my stay.

The location was excellent, the staff willing to go the extra mile, all vending machines and ice machines were convenient and functional. Having a cafe on site was a nice surprise, although other eateries are within walking distance too.

The light switch seemed to turn the microwave on and off, and one of the lights didn't work. The bathroom vent fan protested for three minutes, but then worked just fine the rest of the time. There's no elevator to second floor rooms.

Location

It was dirty. Stains on the carpet. Smoke smell in non-smoking hotel. Short shower curtain caused flooding of bathroom floor. Soap bar was tiny. No clock in room. Hall reeked of grease from restaurant. Room was missing a pillow and blanket.

Comfortable bed,lots of breakfast options,very friendly staff,location away from town,quiet.

The condition of the back parking lot is scary,large pieces of debris in the road that good cause a lot of vehicle damage.

The breakfast is free and the rooms are clean

For one there was a gas leak and we were evacuated. My room smelled horrible of gas and has caused me not to feel well even after we were cleared to go back into the room

Staff and location.

corporate needs to make a major investment in parking lot and exterior. Interior areas need updated.

They could not find the reservations. Then we had to pay again because the 1 room was locked out. We were able to get the money back when we checked out, the attendant didn't know how to check and see we were paid for 2 nights.

The size of the room and comfort of the bed.. Also liked the lit restaurant very much.

The free breakfast choices

The hotel is conveniently located, very clean and quiet. Housekeeper (I don't know her name) very sweet - always pleasant!

Hotel is very dated and dark - in need of an update.

Our room was not available and we had to settle for a single beef not a double bed as was booked. Was not happy about that.

Breakfast

Was very dirty I was supposed to be in a non smoking room but smelled like smoke in there a d in hall way. There was a leak in the roof at the back stairway that they had nasty dirty water collecting in a bucket. It most definitely was not worth the money

The hotel managers understanding that I was in distress so she allowed me to check in way early than the 3pm check in

They could do with some ground work in the rear parking

Room was large.

Last 2 days cleaning staff dropped off clean linens but did not even make our bed. On the last day clean linen was again dropped off but the soiled towels were on the floor of the bathroom. I always make my bed and expect to have a hotel do the same daily
